I placed the order on Friday, for Black Friday, and on Wednesday I deposited the money, after which I immediately called to confirm the payment. I didn't like that the young lady who answered seemed like she didn't work there, she had no idea what was going on, she told me she didn't even know if what I wanted was in stock, although I expected the stock to be updated in real-time on the website, and that she would check the next day, engrave it, and send it. The next day, however, the courier called me to say he had brought the stethoscope :) Which is exactly as I wanted! Apart from the young lady who answered, everything was impeccable! Thank you, Stetoscoape.ro

I bought this product. I am satisfied with the way my husband uses it (I bought it for him) and with the fast and efficient way I received it. With my husband being so ill, I cannot travel, leave him alone, to search through stores....... Here on the site I found everything I needed: models, sizes, assembly instructions..... So I ordered it and received it quickly! Thank you!

I didn't write to you because I wanted to see how it is, but now after a few days of gradually wearing this brace, I can say that it is exactly what I wanted. Hoping that my back will be straighter, I wish you much success in the future.

I'm back to say that I was a bit harsh with my assessment of the supplier. I was contacted very quickly after posting the comment and was sent instructions for installing the batteries. It would be good if, in the future, this type of cane came with the instructions I received by email. Very prompt in solving this problem!
